Shipping policy
For NZ Orders:
Free Shipping for New Zealand domestic orders over $99 or only a flat rate of $6.70 shipping for the rest. In some cases an additional delivery fee may be required for remote or isolated areas, or extra large or heavy items and we will contact you prior to processing your order.
We normally use Courierpost or NZ Post for New Zealand domestic orders.
Handling time: Parcel will be sent out within 1 - 2 working days ( except for weekends & public holidays) of receiving cleared payment.
Delivery time: depends where the item is sent from as stated in the product page:
- For products dispatched from Auckland office is normally overnight in Auckland area, and an extra day to reach other areas in the North Island. It takes 2 - 3 working day to arrive in the South Island and longer to a rural address.
- For items shipped directly from suppliers usually arrive in around 7-10 working days. It will be delivered by Courierpost once landing in NZ.

For AU Orders:
Up to 3Kg, a flat shipping rate of $6.70 for every order sent from Hong Kong， or $18.30 shipping for a order from New Zealand.
In some cases an additional delivery fee may be required for remote or isolated areas, or extra large or heavy items and we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Handling time: 1 - 2 working days once payment is cleared.
Delivery Time: Except for those with longer shipping time specified in product page, delivery time is usually 7-10 working days to most metro address in Australia, and extra days to a rural address.
